Mr Khoo Swee Cheon, the visionary founder of Renov, has always been passionate about custom furniture and construction. With 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr Khoo established Renov to address the growing demand for personalized and professional renovation services in Johor and Singapore.
Driven by the belief that every space has the potential to inspire, Mr Khoo has built a team of skilled professionals dedicated to turning ideas into reality. Under his leadership, Renov has completed numerous successful projects, earning a reputation for excellence and innovation.

Renov Makers is a carpentry and renovation workshop based in Gelang Patah, Johor — serving homeowners across Johor Bahru and Singapore for over 40 years. We specialise in custom furniture, kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and full home renovations for HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties.
Every project is personally overseen by our founder, Mr. Khoo Swee Cheon. You speak directly with the craftsman, not a middleman — which means faster decisions, honest advice, and work you can actually trust.

Custom Built-In Furniture, Made for Your Space
We don't sell off-the-shelf furniture. Every wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, TV console, and storage unit is designed and built to fit your exact dimensions, layout, and finish preferences — using solid board materials, quality laminates, and proper hardware. If it needs to fit in an awkward corner, we build it to fit that corner.

Painting Services
Fresh paint is the fastest way to change how a room feels. We handle interior and exterior painting — walls, feature walls, ceilings, and trim — with proper surface prep so the finish actually lasts.
Cement & Tiling Work
Wet areas, kitchen floors, bathroom walls — we lay, hack, and reinstate tiled surfaces as part of a renovation or as a standalone job. Good cement work is what holds everything else together.
Electrical Work
Relocating a power point, adding lighting circuits, or rewiring for a renovation — we work with licensed electricians to handle the electrical side safely and to code.
